who would like to order our products by check and postal mail instead
of through our PayPal online shopping cart and for our International Orders.
To place an order by mail, print the relevant forms
(below), fill them out, and send them, along with a check or Money Order
made payable to "Anahata & Prema" to the address on the
right.

SHIPPING, USA
We ship by the US Postal Service, 1st Class,
Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Orders may be shipped in more than one package
and may not arrive simultaneously. We process and ship as quickly as possible,
usually within 1-2 days. Delivery time will vary depending on shipping
methods and destination. There is an order minimum of $10.00
SHIPPING, OUTSIDE USA
Due to the complexity of shipping outside
the USA -- prices vary widely
depending on the country and the method of shipping -- we cannot provide
a chart that will work for everyone. We charge the actual cost of shipping
plus a $3 fee for order processing and materials.

BACKORDERS
Some items may be temporarily unavailable.
While our goal is to deliver your order quickly, it is occasionally necessary
to backorder items. If an item is unavailable you will be notified and
we will release your backorder as soon as we have new stock. Since we
are pre-billing backorders you will not be charged additional shipping
at the time of backorder release.
PAYMENT
Our online shopping cart is processed through
Paypal. We can also accept checks. Donwloadable PDF's are available for
every page of our WEB site. Checks from foreign sources must be written
in US dollars and drawn on US banks; or International Money Orders in
US currency.
GIFT CERTIFICATES AND GIFT WRAPPING
Gift Certificates are processed for free
- contact us for details. Gift wrapping is $3 and includes a gift card.
RETURNS
We accept returns if you contact us within
10 days of receipt (except for audio, music, & video tapes -- unless
defective.) Returns are to be sent to: PO Box 504, Kula, HI 96790, USA.
OUR SUPPLIERS
We intend to ship items that are in excellent
condition. Books and some Dharma items manufactured in India and Nepal
sometimes do not meet the standards we expect from products manufactured
in the
USA. This is unavoidable— we offer them for their authenticity.
